Miniature Wooden Guillotine Replica - Execution

I've always wanted a miniature guillotine for some reason so I finally decided to build one of my own.    Stands around 16 inches in height and constructed from pine and poplar woods (and a few other random materials).  Aside from the bucket, I constructed every element of this, right down to the pulley on top.  Not only a standalone model, it is also functional, featuring a rope to raise the blade, a release mechanism to carry out the execution, and a hinged guide board to help direct the decapitated body into the carry box.  In addition to the wood stain, I also gave it a weathered look to simulate actual use.

Some heads are gonna roll!
